The SAP Fast-Track Trainee Program
Start in Frankfurt – grow in Romania

Whether it’s Analysis for Office, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, or Analytics Cloud (SAC): the tools of Europe’s largest software provider are for us what a stethoscope is for doctors or a spoon for chefs – absolutely essential.
And that is exactly why we are looking for you – ambitious graduates from Romania with very good German and English skills who want to dive into the SAP world together with us.
Phase 1: Six weeks of intensive training in Frankfurt
- The program begins with a special welcome event. Here you will meet your fellow trainees and get to know your mentors – people who will guide and support you throughout your journey.
- Afterwards, you will dive into exciting training modules and explore the world of SAP Analytics, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and Analytics Cloud (SAC). Step by step, you will gain confidence and start applying your knowledge directly.
- You will work on a sample project together with your team – supported by experienced mentors who are always available to help.
- All training sessions are conducted in German, ensuring that you are well prepared for your future role.

Phase 2: Your start at INFOMOTION Romania
After successfully completing the first phase, you will continue your development within our Romanian team.
- You will become part of the Next Generation Academy (NGA+), our structured training and mentoring program.
- You will work on real client projects and apply your knowledge directly in practice.
- Project and development mentors will accompany you on your path toward becoming a Senior SAP Consultant.
- You will benefit from an international network and regular knowledge-sharing formats with colleagues from Germany, Poland, and Romania.

What you bring to the table
- A bachelor's or master's degree in (Business) Informatics or a related STEM field.
- Initial practical experience through internships or student jobs in data modeling, SQL, BI, or reporting.
- The ability to work flexibly, balancing remote work with face-to-face collaboration.
- A strong drive to delve into data and craft solutions tailored to our customers' needs.
- Are you a team player who values quality and enjoys overcoming challenges when working with high-demand customers? Are you equally confident communicating in German and English? Do you have a strong desire to grow personally and learn new things? If so, now is your moment – go for it!
