The locations mentioned in our job ads refer to our INFOMOTION office branches – but the actual project locations may differ.

This is because we assign our consultants to projects based on their skills and experience, which means project work can take place throughout the DACH region. That’s why a willingness to travel is important. The good news: we offer flexible work models tailored to each customer project, helping you balance professional demands with personal flexibility.

Since German is the primary language in our company (and in most of our projects), fluent German skills – both written and spoken – are essential. We’re excited to receive your application in German! Additional strong English skills are also important.

To get to know you in the first step, all we need is a detailed and meaningful CV.
If you already have extensive professional or project experience, you’re welcome to keep it shorter and send us a condensed CV along with a separate project history if available. We always appreciate it when your CV gives us a clear picture of the depth of your skills.
If you have additional documents, such as references or work certificates, feel free to include them as well. If possible, please combine all attachments into a single PDF file before sending.

Yes, you’re welcome to apply for as many roles as you’d like. That said, we recommend focusing on positions that best match your interests, expectations, and qualifications. If we review your application and believe you’d be a great fit for a different role, we will gladly let you know and suggest an alternative.

Absolutely! We’re always keen to meet motivated candidates. If you can't find a suitable position listed, please get in touch with us. Just let us know what type of role you're looking for, how you envisage your future responsibilities and any location or other preferences you may have. Of course – protecting your personal data is a top priority at INFOMOTION.
Your application documents are treated with the utmost confidentiality and are only accessible to our HR team and the responsible managers in the relevant department.
If you’d like your data to be deleted during the ongoing application process, simply send us a short message at  bewerbung@infomotion.de . We’ll take care of the deletion right away and confirm it to you.
Regardless, all application documents are automatically deleted from our systems within six months after the selection process has been completed.

We’d be sorry to lose you, but we understand that plans can change. If you’ve accepted another offer or simply wish to withdraw your application for any reason, just send us a quick email at bewerbung@infomotion.de and we’ll promptly address your request.

Once you’ve submitted your online application, you’ll first receive an automatic confirmation of receipt.
Next, we carefully review whether your qualifications and experience are a good fit for INFOMOTION and the position you’ve applied for. This means we take a close look at your documents and coordinate internally with the responsible departments.
If your application sparks our interest, we’ll get in touch – usually with an invitation to a phone interview or a (virtual) meet-and-greet. If it’s not the right match this time, you’ll of course also hear back from us. Either way, we’ll keep you updated transparently on the status of your application.

It's difficult to generalize since it depends on many factors, such as the availability of your interview partners, which can change due to vacation, illness, etc. If you are on a tight schedule, e.g., because you need to meet a notice period, please let us know. Rest assured that we will do our best to complete the application process as quickly and professionally as possible.

Most of our interviews take place remotely – either by phone or via video call using MS Teams. If you or we feel an in-person meeting would be helpful, we’re happy to arrange that at one of our locations. Just let us know during the application process!

It’s an open get-to-know-you meeting with no surprises, so you can look forward to an honest and relaxed exchange.

For the interview, we recommend an outfit that’s appropriate for the occasion but also makes you feel comfortable.
A neat business casual look is usually the perfect choice – not too formal, not too relaxed. This way, you create a professional yet friendly atmosphere for the conversation.

Of course, we’ll cover your travel expenses for an on-site interview. Our preferred option is an eco-friendly journey by Deutsche Bahn in 2nd class – in this case, we’ll reimburse the full ticket price once you send us the original receipts.

If you’re traveling by private car, we’ll reimburse €0.30 per kilometer driven – but only up to the amount that a comparable 2nd class train ticket would have cost.
