At INFOMOTION, onboarding goes beyond an individualized induction plan, general introductory sessions, and tailored mentoring. It's about integrating you into our INFOMOTION family and laying the foundation for your contributions to our data performance. We look forward to the diverse perspectives and skills you will bring to our company and our culture.

Our thoroughly structured process will help you get up to speed quickly, understand your role, and contribute to the success of our projects. The first few weeks will be intense and include our integrated Welcome Days. We value continuous feedback and your personal development. Below are the most important building blocks of starting with us:

Preparation

Before your first day, your manager will provide you with a detailed orientation plan. Together, you will review your schedule for the first few days and go over any technical requirements, ensuring that you are good to go.

Your first days

Depending on your role and location, you will either start your first day with a virtual welcome session or an in-person meeting with your manager. Of course, you'll have some time to connect with your new colleagues before diving into your structured professional onboarding. Two dedicated feedback sessions will be scheduled during your probationary period to ensure full transparency and a smooth start – so you always know exactly where you stand.
 

Welcome Days

Our Welcome Days offer you an in-depth introduction to all things INFOMOTION. You'll gain valuable insights into our history, core values, and strategic vision as a leading data performance company. Evenings are reserved for informal get-togethers – the perfect opportunity to connect and network with colleagues from a wide range of backgrounds and business areas.
