Let’s talk: The Application Process
Our interviews are all about getting to know each other – openly, honestly, and with genuine curiosity. It starts with a phone call from our Talent Force team, followed by conversations with your potential manager and future teammates. Together, we’ll dive into the details, answer your questions, and explore whether we’re the right match for each other. Of course, we also want to inspire you with the INFOMOTION spirit and show you what makes us a great place to grow your career. Once you sign your contract, we’ll welcome you with a thorough onboarding experience to ensure you hit the ground running.

Your conversation with Talent Force
In a brief and friendly phone call, we’ll make that all-important first connection. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other, learn more about your interests, and address any initial questions you may have. From there, we’ll decide together whether we’d like to move forward and continue the journey.
Online interview with your future manager and HR
If both you and we feel that there’s chemistry, the next step is an in-depth interview with your future manager and a member of our HR team. We’ll dive into your potential work environment, discuss your technical or professional background, and give you a clearer picture of what working at INFOMOTION could look like. Depending on what works best, we’ll meet either virtually or in person at one of our locations.


Interview with future team members
You’ve met your future manager – now it’s time to meet the people you’ll be working with day to day. In this additional interview, you’ll get a deeper look into your potential team, discuss relevant topics, and get a real sense of the team dynamic. Great collaboration starts with the right chemistry: This interview is a great opportunity to see how well you click with your future colleagues.
Our final feedback
After the last interview, we’ll give you a call to share our decision – and you can count on open, honest feedback from us. We’ll also want to hear from you: Can you see yourself as part of the INFOMOTION team? If it feels like a match on both sides, we’ll walk you through a personalized overview of our benefits and present you with a tailored contract offer.
