Our program kicks off with a welcome event where you’ll meet your fellow trainees and some of our more experienced colleagues. From there, you’ll dive into introductory modules covering Business Warehouse (BW), Datasphere, and the cloud reporting tool, Analytics Cloud (SAC). To wrap up the program, you’ll work on a hands-on sample project with your fellow trainees under the guidance of an expert.

What you bring to the table

A bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM field
Ideally, practical experience from working student roles or internships in data modeling, data warehousing, SQL, or BI/reporting tools.
A genuine passion for innovative SAP solutions and a keen interest in business intelligence (BI) and analytics.

How does the application process work when applying as a trainee?

For a detailed description of our three-step recruitment process, please visit our careers page. Currently, our first two interviews are typically held digitally via Teams, though occasionally, we invite candidates into our office for a face-to-face interview. Our trainee program follows the same process, giving you and us the chance to get to know each other well. :)

What's the dress code for job interviews?

In our IT, the dress code is generally more business casual, though wearing a suit jacket is not an unfamiliar sight. In consulting, the dress code is usually more formal, requiring suits. We suggest that young professionals aim for an authentic professional look from the interview onward. Since most interviews are currently online, a clean polo shirt or blouse is a safe choice.

What are the chances of being hired after the training program?

Very high! Unless they decide otherwise, almost every trainee who completes the program is offered a consultant position. Since we invest a lot of time and passion into training our trainees, we naturally want to keep them on board. ;)
